At CLE Smiles by Dr. Niki, co-payment is due at the time of service rendered. We accept most forms of payment, including:

  • Cash

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Financing through CareCredit

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Our practice has a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy is in place as cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are often difficult to fill. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a standard appointment fee.

  • If you are not a preferred provider of my insurance, do I have to submit my own claim?

    We will file any necessary paperwork on your behalf. We will just need your dental insurance information from you and we can do the rest!

  • Will I get a cleaning at my first appointment?

    Normally, yes. Depending on your oral health and time schedule, we won’t always schedule a cleaning and exam in one appointment. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office right away and we’ll do our very best to get you in right away.

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Absolutely! We always look forward to meeting new patients. Whether you’re looking for your dental home that will provide regular cleaning and exams or in need of a new, beautiful smile, we are here to help!

  • How soon will you be able to get me in?

    For an emergency, we will do our best to see you the same day. For a routine visit, depending on the flexibility of your schedule and ours, we will usually try to get you in as soon as our schedule allows.
